The quote supplied included detailed drawings so I knew exactly what I was getting and how it would look installed. The installation was on time, on budget, and of such a high standard, it's better than I envisaged. I love my new cupboards - especially the mirrored back glass display case. The attention to detail has amazed me. Hayden took into consideration the depth and quality of the mirror for the best reflection of my antique glass, the glass shelves were bevelled, giving clean clear lines, not ground and rounded. Even the pins to rest the shelves on were modified to be unobtrusive. The result is outstanding. I wish Hayden and his team all the best for now and the future.

We recently bought and moved into a new house. Unfortunately the designer of the kitchen didn't consider that someone may actually want to use it to cook and store food. Hence there was a severe shortage of cupboard space.
To solve this problem we contacted a number of different cabinet makers to obtain quotes for the construction and installation of a series of shelved cupboards from floor almost to the ceiling along one wall. Several tradesman attended over a short period and after measuring and taking notes of what we wanted, we awaited quotes. One of the cabinetmakers still hasn't bothered to provide one. Of those quotes we did obtain, that given by Hayden Stacpoole was lowest by a significant amount. This gave us cause to wonder as to the reason why. When he reviewed our needs he had made detailed notes of materials, colours, textures, sizes, location and other details. He offered alternative suggestions regarding details and gave advice regarding each one. None of the other quote providers did this. We accepted Hayden's quote and offered him the job, all the while wondering why his quote was cheaper.
As it turned out, his quote was less than the others simply because he wasn't greedy. He charged us a fair price for materials and labour and then installed our cupboards in a very professional manner. We needn't have worried about corner cutting or lack of quality. Hayden's attention to detail is exemplary and the quality of his work is outstanding. A few minutes examination of our kitchen easily shows that the work he completed is of a higher standard than that performed by the original kitchen installers. No small feat given that ours is an ex display home intended to showcase the builder's talents! Hayden was truly professional in all aspects of the project. From design to construction and then installation, nothing was left to chance; his workmanship is of a very high standard and he is obviously proud of his ability to produce quality products... and rightly so.
We unreservedly recommend Hayden Stacpoole to any person who is seeking high quality outcomes for a fair and reasonable price. We are sure that should you retain him for your project, you will not be disappointed.
